What files will I receive?
You'll receive high-resolution logo files (PNG, JPEG, PDF, SVG), editable brand assets (where relevant), and a brand guide PDF outlining your colours, fonts, and how to use your new visual identity.
Can I get extra design elements or marketing materials added?
Yes! I offer optional add-ons like social media templates, launch graphics, or packaging design. Just get in touch after purchase and we can chat through what you need.
How many revisions are included?
Each kit includes one revision round to make sure everything feels aligned with your brand vision. If you need more, I’m happy to offer additional revisions at an hourly rate of $100.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital and custom nature of this product, all sales are final. But I’ll work closely with you during the revision phase to ensure you're completely happy with the result.
Can I edit the files myself later on?
Your final files will be delivered ready to use, but if you’re familiar with design software (like Adobe Illustrator or Canva for certain templates), you’re welcome to make future edits. I’m also available for ongoing design support if needed.
Are fonts included?
All fonts used are free for commercial use and available via Google Fonts. I’ll provide download links in your final brand guide so you can access and install them easily.
